Any Rider on a Yamaha that Wins Overall Receives a 2020 YZ125 & Rock River Contract

McCleary, Washington (June 24, 2019) – Riding Racing Youth Development (RRYD), Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA (YMUS), and Rock River Powersports are excited to announce a unique sponsorship offer at the 2nd Annual Ryan Villopoto Amateur Motocross Cup (www.RVMXCup.com) at Grays Harbor ORV Park on August 15-18, 2019.

Any rider competing on a Yamaha YZ125 in the 125 (12-16) Challenge class is eligible.  If a Yamaha rider wins the 125 Challenge overall championship, that athlete will be offered a 1-year contract as a Rock River Yamaha bLU cRU member and a brand NEW 2020 Yamaha YZ125.  The contract will be executed on October 1, 2019 and will offer trackside support at the major amateur events Rock River Powersports attends as well as discounted parts for the rider.

“This is what makes me proud to be part of the Yamaha bLU cRU” said Ryan Villopoto.  “Adding the support of the Rock River Yamaha team with a contract that provides a Yamaha rider with stability in their program is the icing on top.  I’m sure this will be some of the best racing of the weekend.”

“As part of Yamaha’s factory support amateur trackside service and support, we look forward to adding a rider to our team,” said Mike DuClos of Rock River Powersports.  “From our amateur riders to our pro team, we enjoy giving back in this way with a promoter like RRYD, an event as unique as the RV Cup, and a champion like Ryan Villopoto.”
